“Victoria,” the Latin name meaning “Victory,” is deeply tied to the ideas of triumph and success.
"Victoria", nome latino che significa appunto "Vittoria", è legato al concetto di trionfo e di successo. In Greek mythology, Nike is the personification of Victory. According to Hesiod, she is the daughter of the Titan Pallas and the river Styx, placing her among the earliest divine beings—those who came before the Olympians.
In Athenian worship, she was associated with Athena (as Atena-Nike).
Many sculptures have been dedicated to her, and she is often depicted as a winged goddess (such as the Winged Victory of Samothrace, Musée du Louvre).
This beautiful name represents who I am—Victoria—because I believe I’ve triumphed over the challenges life has placed before me.
